Cancellation Policy

Booking, cancellation, and waiting list policies: - To secure your massage, it's best to write to me at least 24 hours in advance. - To secure your appointment, we ask for a 50% deposit (you can pay by Bizum, bank transfer, or credit card). - Once payment is made, I'll send you a message with all the details. It's that easy! Changes and cancellations - Has something come up and you need to reschedule your appointment? If you give me more than 12 hours' notice, no problem. We'll reschedule without a problem or I'll refund your deposit. - If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, I won't be able to refund your 50% of the service, as the slot was already reserved for you. - If I arrive for the appointment and you're not there, or we can't perform the massage, it will be considered as if the service had already been provided, and there will be no refund. Waiting List - If the time slot you wanted is already taken, I'll put you on the waiting list and let you know if a spot opens up. - When I call or text you to let you know, if you don't answer within a short while, I'll move on to the next slot on the list. But I'll try to let you know as soon as possible!
